Founded in 1991, COPROCESS SA is a Geneva-based company specialising in corporate multi-lateral netting and invoice process handling.

We are a team of 10 people and the acknowledged experts in this field with over 20 years' experience of selling, supporting and developing netting systems.

Today there are more than 100 corporates currently running our netting system.

We offer a best of breed solution that is simple to implement and simple to use even for a large global deployment. Because the software automates all the processes that can be automated it requires minimal resources at treasury (a couple of hours per month to run and administer the netting). In addition to the classic benefits from netting, our latest modular version Coprocess.Netting offers:

an integrated dialogue tool flag, discuss and dispute invoice
a full matching capability to match payables against receivables
month reconciliation for all IC payable and receivables
inclusion of agents in the netting
payment factory functionality for settling vendor payments

The latest version is a pure browser (ASP.NET) application and is built using the Microsoft .NET framework incorporating state-of-the-art user interface and security features. The system can be run as a hosted service, hosted by Coprocess SA and tested in accordance with SSAE 16 Type II (formerly SAS 70 Type II) or installed on your corporate intranet.

All this combines to streamline the whole Intercompany settlement process and makes Coprocess.Netting more than just a netting solution.
