IMPORT/EXPORT FEATURES:

Check-summing

As mentioned in the security features, both exported and imported data can have a checksum attached. This prevents tampering and allows detection of transmission errors. Also, the import has the additional security measure of a control total.

Export All of the main tables in NT Netting are exportable in a customisable format, e.g. CSV, which is easily readable by programs like Microsoft Excel.
Import SWIFT table Optionally, the system can import SWIFT codes of over 16,000 banks which can used to look up bank instructions.
Import invoices, gross flows, currency asks, currency offers forward contracts, participants and bank instructions

The import is highly powerful and highly configurable. In its default configuration, it can import thousands of transactions every minute with full validation of all fields.
Import of Rates Rates can be imported from other systems such as Reuters.
Powerful error handling and fixing functionality for import problems When importing, it is quite likely that there are some minor errors that require netting centre attention. Rather than requiring that the (sometimes lengthy) import process be repeated once these errors have been fixed, NT Netting conveniently sends any errors to a powerful error-handling queue which allows the Netting Centre to easily and quickly resolve import problems.
Multiple period import of invoices It is possible to configure the import to handle multiple period importing based of invoices and forward contracts based on the due date. All configuration, validation and error-fixing functionality is available to this impressive feature.
Configurable duplicate handling functionality NT Netting can detect duplicates invoices in a variety of different ways. It has been our experience that this flexibility is essential to be able to handle different corporates’ modes of operation.
