REPORTS:
There is basic reporting functionality for all tables: netting calendar,
gross flows, net flows, participants, bank instructions, cross rates,
forward contracts, etc. These reports are frequently configurable and
include additional features such as hash totals where appropriate.
All reports can be previewed and printed easily from within the application.
Some of the more technical reports include:
| Cross
border flows report |
This can be generated for any country. It is sometimes used for
central bank reporting.
|
| Central
Bank reports |
The reports can
be both in data and text format. |
| Configurable
netting savings analysis report |
Coprocess has spent
a considerable amount of time developing a model for estimating a
corporate’s savings due to netting. The result of this is a report
which allows the user to configure various corporate-specific settings
such as transaction costs. The analysis bases its calculations on
three sources of savings – transaction costs, float savings and FX
savings. The analysis does not take into account the value of the
non-quantifiable savings that arise due to netting such as the increased
payment discipline and having a central database of payments. |
| Reports
regarding spread and service charges |
These allows the Netting Centre to evaluate their profit due to
spread and service charging. It also displays information regarding
the cost to each participant, which can be useful in determining
whether hedges are being taken appropriately.
|
| Multi-period
reporting |
It is possible to
export multiple periods to a standard database which can be easily
read by Excel or any standard report writing application such as Crystal
Reports. |
