We believe Reporting and flexibility in Reporting is a key element of the Coprocess solution. Whichever module you choose the system comes with a set of standard reports which should cover all the basic needs. These reports can all be output in various formats including PDF, XLS, CSV, RTF etc.

In addition the system is linked to a Report Writer so reports can be added, modified and / or deleted. If you have a requirement for a new or modified report we can build this report and then upload it into the application. The Reports are linked to roles so you are able to determine which group of users have access to which reports.

Because we store all the transactional data in the system in perpetuity the ability to report and analyse the data not only on current data but also on historic data gives the potential for extremely valuable analysis on the evolving state of the Intercompany, for example:

  • Evolution of the number of dispute per month. Improvement to the process
  • Aging of disputes, report of number of months that invoice have been in dispute

Export

In addition to the reports themselves data can be exported from all the tables in the system and opened in Excel for example. This export respect the filtering in place so one can filter the grid so that it only shows the data one want and then export it to Excel.
