Payments to external suppliers. Coprocess clients sometimes include common suppliers in the intercompany clearing, there is a special category for these as they will not have any payables or need to access the system. We offer a Centralised Vendor Payment module for large volume payments. Users may also want 4 eyes approval on 3rd party payments whilst only having single level approval for invoices.
